New User Registration

A Standard Account is designed for smaller companies with minimal U.S. site locations and only one individual ordering and viewing reports. This account is established immediately once registered and you may create a report any time. Payment is made by credit card which is charged $195US per site report.

Standard Accounts may be upgraded to an Enterprise Account edition at any time by contacting CAP Index, allowing you to keep any existing reports scored.

If you are not registered, please fill out the registration form at http://crimecast.capindex.com/NewUserRegistration.aspx.

Once you have completed the registration form, you will be emailed a confirmation to the email address you had specified.

Registration Confirmation for Standard Account

First, open your registration email and try to click on the link. If you've done this but nothing happens, please take these steps:

  1. Follow link by pasting the complete URL in a web browser.
  2. Enter your confirmation code in the specified box (if it isn't already entered for you).
  3. Enter in your email address making sure to enter the same email address during registration.
  4. Create a password, security question with answer, then complete Account Activiation. If your password is forgotten, a reminder email may be sent. The security question is asked to validate the request.

If you haven't received your registration email yet, please try the following:

  1. Request CAP Index, Inc. to resend your registration email.

  2. Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is full, you may need to delete some existing emails in order to receive new ones. After deleting emails, request CAP Index, Inc. to resend your registration email.
  3. If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check to see if your CAP Index, Inc. email is there.
  4. AOL/CompuServe users: Make sure your Mail Controls are set to receive emails from the Internet. If you have Internet email blocked, please change your Mail Controls by entering the keyword "Mail Controls" on AOL or Compuserve. After changing your Mail Controls, request CAP Index, Inc. to resend your registration email.
  5. Wait up to 24 hours. Since CAP Index, Inc. doesn't control your email system, your email may not arrive instantly.
  6. Re-register if 24 hours have passed, and you still haven't received your registration email.
  7. If you have not found the information you are looking for, please contact CAP Index technical support.
