Creating Reports
Because the system is based on licensing, you must purchase the report(s) or have available licenses prior to creating a report. If you do not have available licenses to create reports, you will be asked to order the report(s) by selecting the quantity of reports you will be running.
Creating a report is easy and the results are only a few keystrokes and mouse clicks away.
First, select the Methodology; your choices are:
Next, give the report a Site Name, type in (use flash to show how this works)
Then enter the Street Address, City, State and Zip Code. Latitude/longitude coordinates (decimal degrees), although not necessary, may be entered in the space provided.
Click on Address Validation button to go to the report confirmation screen.
The map will appear and you are asked to confirm the details of the report. Look closely to verify the location you have entered. If the details are correct, you may choose to have the report e-mailed to the address you specified in your account information. If you choose not to e-mail the report at this time you can always e-mail it later from your report library.
Finally, click on the Click to Create Report button.
Please note that by clicking on Click to Create Report, you are agreeing to the delivery of the Product, and you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reports created are NOT refundable. CAP Index, Inc. uses their own discretion when applying refunds to clients with products or service rendered. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you must notify CAP Index, Inc. immediately.
